All our fresh products are vacuum packed for a better conservation.
Practical advice :
For fresh consumption, as an aperitif, we advise you to choose a very dry figatellu. You must remove the skin and we recommend you do so before cutting it into thin slices. In case the Figatelli you have are too fresh you can put one in your refrigerator three or four days before consumption
