Corsican chestnut jam with vanilla

The chestnut tree, emblematic of Corsica, was nicknamed "the breadfruit tree", as chestnuts played a major role in the local diet.

You can enjoy it as a dessert with fromage blanc, in a verrine for an original tiramisu, or simply on delicious slices of bread.

Prepared with 40g of fruit per 100g. Total sugar content: 62g per 100g.

Ingredients: chestnut purée (Corsican chestnuts, water), cane sugar, lemon juice, gelling agent: fruit pectin, natural vanilla extract 0.08%.

Made in a workshop using nuts. Keep in a cool place after opening.
