Product description :

Mediterranean fruit par excellence, the fig is a fine fruit very appreciated for its melting texture and its sweet taste. The Extra Jam of Corsica Charles Antona in the Fig is married very readily to the savoury flavours such as the goat's cheese or the foie gras which the fig sublimates divinely. But for the greediest, it can be eaten directly with a spoon or on a nice slice of four quarters!

Prepared with 55g of fruit for 110g. Total sugar content: 62g per 100g. Ingredients: figs, cane sugar 40%, glucose syrup, lemon juice, jelling agent: fruit pectin. Made in a workshop using nuts and milk. Keep in a cool place after opening. Can be eaten with goat cheese.
