Chutney (or confit) with figs of the sun

As a condiment to accompany your cooked or raw foie gras, meats and poultry

or as a seasoning for your salads, vegetables or raw vegetables.

This fig chutney delicately spiced with vinegar and spices will be perfect with cheese on toast as an aperitif.

Ingredients: figs 38%, sugar, onions, red wine, vinegar of alcohol, balsamic vinegar (grape must, coloring caramel E150D), water, salt, gelling agent: pectin of fruit, spices.
