The Chestnut; emblematic fruit of the island, confers to the Nougat a perfumed taste which marries perfectly with the Honey of Corsica and with our selected Almonds. The Nougat Charles Antona in the Chestnut is appreciated for the richness of its Corsican flavours well affirmed.
Ingredients : Almonds 21%, syrup of glucose, inverted sugar, cane sugar, icing sugar, honey of Corsica A.O.P. 8%, fondant (sugar, glucose, water), white ofegg, flour of chestnut 2%, unleavened bread (starch of potato, water), natural extract of vanilla. May contain traces of nuts and hazelnuts. Store in a cool and dry place.
