Honey Maquis of chestnut grove PDO 400 gr

Honey harvested throughout the spring on vast expanses of maquis, from the sea to the mountains. We find all the complexity of the flowers of the maquis with mainly white heather, maritime lavender and broom.

A long honey in the mouth with a certain bitterness, it is a strong and tannic honey. Harvested in Castagniccia (Corsica)

Très bon produit avec les miels français je fais toujours de l'acidité maintenant, depuis que j'ai pris cette marque plus de problème, je n'ai pas goûté les autres pour le moment
