Honey harvested throughout the spring on vast stretches of maquis, from the sea to the mountains. We find all the complexity of the flowers of the maquis with mainly white heather, maritime lavender and broom.

Amber, delicate taste of caramel or cocoa, smell of liquorice or coconut.

Excellent. J’apprécie le Label IGP qui garantit la provenance de Corse. Bon goût de miel, doux et soyeux. Pas d’acidité, pas d’amertume.
