The Figatellu is the most typical delicatessen speciality of Corsica.

In the terrine, the figatellu is flambéed with brandy. It is the Corsican product par excellence; with a very pronounced taste.

Pork, poultry liver, figatellu 20%, onions, brandy 3 %, salt, garlic, starch of wheat, pepper, spices and natural spices.
