Terms of Use

Shipping:

€ 7 for a package up to 2 Kg (forbidden) for France

€ 17 for a package up to 2 Kg (colissimo Europe) for Europe and the DOM-TOM
€ 25 for a package up to 2 Kg (colissimo international) for the USA




The command
For the validation of your order, a confirmation email with details of your purchases will be sent.
The order is shipped on receipt of payment

Our products are embroidered embroidered Ajaccio in Corsica by the company SERICORSE (our partner).


Awards
Our prices are shown including taxes, with VAT at the current rate of 19.60%.

Payment
Payment is made in full at the command:

Delivery
We supply mainly in Metropolitan France and the European Union countries. For other geographic destinations, please contact us.
Transportation is generally done by the Post;
The recipient will check carefully the condition of receiving the package and noted on the receipt of any comments on the carrier of damages or errors. Without this precaution, any claims related to transport and on problems of breakage, loss or theft can not be admissible. We will request a confirmation by letter, fax or mail as soon as possible to inform us about the dispute.
After processing of the claim by our services, the goods will be replaced and returned free of charge.

Reservations at the Reception of products - No Return --
Limiting case of reimbursement - replacement
The client can not make reservations in the delivery of products in case of delivery does not comply with the order quantity, or if the package containing the products would be severely damaged. These reservations must be made in writing to the carrier upon delivery or at the latest within 3 working days of receiving the product. A copy of these reservations should be sent to SARL TOON - Corseboutique (by email, fax or mail). It is to provide the customer with the shipment to SARL TOON - Corseboutique confirmation by the carrier of the reality of these reserves.
If the package is taped by the carrier, the customer must make reservations with the carrier. No product returns will be accepted.

If the above procedure has been followed, and if it is proven that the reserves are due to the fact that the package and products are damaged severely, SARL TOON - Corseboutique at its option refund the customer the price paid or be performing delivery of new products.

If delivery does not comply with the order quantity, SARL TOON - Corseboutique only refund the price difference between the products ordered and delivered, of course, only if the products are delivered lower prices to those ordered and paid. No reservations may be made in relation to the taste, appearance or color of products.

Benefit Limitation
TOON SARL - Corseboutique ensures that the products have been all the care necessary to ensure conformity with the description contained on the site at the time of order. TOON SARL - Corseboutique also ensures that products are of very good quality and are fresh upon delivery to the carrier. This is the only guarantee provided by TOON SARL - Corseboutique. No other warranty expressed or implied is given. In particular, SARL TOON - Corseboutique can not guarantee that the products meet the expectations of the customer. All photographs of the products are not contractual. Alterations may occur due to processing photos, they are only indicative.


Right to withdrawal
The consumer, at the date of receipt of goods, of a period of at least seven days to withdraw without penalty and without giving any reason.
The only charge that may be charged to the consumer because of the exercise of his right of withdrawal is the direct cost delivery and return of goods. (The goods must be returned in their original packaging not altered). Where the right of withdrawal is exercised by the consumer under this section, the supplier is required to reimburse the sums paid by the consumer without charge.
The reimbursement must be made as soon as possible and in any case within thirty days (Directive 97/7/EC of 20 May 1997).

Any buyer agrees to the date of entry of the order, to be 16 years or more.
