As our Minnà (diminutive of the grandmother in Corsica) did before us, we carefully select our ingredients from organic farming. Of Jams made with fruit ideally ripened, sun-ripened and put in baking whole in order to preserve their exceptional quality. Result: wonderful jams with the sweet scent of our childhood to enjoy at snack time. As for our Terrines, you will find the scents of the Maquis and discover the subtle alliances which often our grandmothers corsicans kept secretly.
