Wild boar sausage is made from wild boar meat (shoulder, ham) and pork. The blend of these meats is precisely proportioned to give you a sausage with character and a subtle, fragrant taste. This wild boar sausage is a product much appreciated by charcuterie enthusiasts.

Tasting is easy!

Once dried to your liking, wild boar sausage can be eaten raw, in thin or thick slices. As an aperitif or starter, you can accompany it with a glass of red wine from Domaine Orenga de Gaffory, a perfect match! And for those who don't like wine, don't hesitate to opt for a Corsican beer.

Preserving Corsican sausage.

Hang it in a dry, well-ventilated place, or store it at the bottom of the fridge, wrapped in a cloth, or naked in an airtight box. Tip: never wrap in aluminum foil or cling film, as sausages need to breathe.
