    La Colomba is a white beer, Alc 5, brewed from barley malt and wheat, and flavoured with Corsican scrub herbs. It is the Corsican nature that gives it its unique taste by delicate infusion during the cooking of a mixture of myrtles, arbutus, juniper and other natural species.
