Capon terrine with chestnuts and morels

Ingredients: pork fat, capon 20%, poultry liver, chestnut 12%, pork meat, onions, morel 6%, salt, natural flavouring of
mushroom with other natural flavourings 0,8%, potato starch, pepper, spices and aromatic plants.

All our meats are : French origin.

Made in Corsica in a workshop using nuts and milk. Without coloring nor conservative.

Serve fresh. After opening, keep refrigerated and consume quickly.
