The French praline

The French praline was invented in the 17th century, a confectionery containing peanuts, hazelnuts or almonds and sugar for caramelization. Not to be confused with the Belgian praline, which is made of chocolate. Used in pastry, the French praline is used to make praline or to form praline.

We also find the pink praline which appeared in the 19th century, a specialty of the Lyon region colored with pink food coloring, used for the famous tart or brioche with praline.

The praline revisited by Corsica

Unlike the classic praline, our Corsican pralines are caramelized with sugar and Corsican honey PDO, which gives them this unique taste. The peanuts, almonds or hazelnuts are selected according to their qualities and their calibers.

The honey of Corsica, as for him, brings in mouth a suave aroma and a floral softness. The finesse of a product that you will not find anywhere else. To taste at any time of the day, but with moderation.
