Our small cakes, emblematic of the island of beauty, are to be tasted at any time of the day that it is for your breakfast, your snack or in dessert. Our canistrelli will delight you with their taste, their crunchy texture and the wide variety of recipes offered. (chestnut flour, lemon, hazelnut, white wine, aniseed etc. ...). The canistrelli of AFA, true Corsican speciality, will not leave you indifferent!

Ingredients :

Wheat flour, Sugar, Sunflower oil, Chopped hazelnuts 4.1%, Candied clementine paste 1.54% (clementine 0.77%, glucose-fructose syrup, acidity regulator: citric acid, preservative: sulphur dioxide), Invert sugar, Raising powder (disodium diphosphate, sodium hydrogen carbonate), Flavour, Salt. May contain traces of nuts and sesame.

Très décevant. On ne sent pas la noisette. J’attendais des noisettes entières… il n’y a que 4,1% de noisettes en poudre. Quant à la clémentine, il n’y a que 0,8% de clémentine ! Par contre, le prix est élevé. C’est un biscuit très très sucré sans intérêt (68% de sucre).
