Delicious ways to enjoy it

Chestnut jam is generally eaten like any other jam, for breakfast, as a snack, on a slice of bread, in a yogurt or on pancakes... There are however some interesting recipes with chestnut jam: the French cake called "L'ardéchois", the famous home-made ice cream, or the Christmas log. It also goes very well with dark chocolate, I tested the chocolate macaroons with chestnut jam, it is a delight!
